Problems rise when I adjust My Panels size several times minimum-maximum or even
just drag its size, at some point My Panels disappears but some visible parts
remain at top and bottom.

This error seems to be general and not tied to this URL.
This URL has additional problem with My Panel adjustments: somekind of vertical
space appears when My Panel is smaller than normally it is.

Additionally there seems to be no usage of disk cache. At Preferences pointed
folder (file:///C|/Mozilla/bin/mozilla.cache/) are no files during and after
Mozilla.exe run. When I try to adjust disc and memory cache limits it accepts
these but when I look at Preferences again, these lines are empty.

Maybe it is better when user opens new Navigator Window it uses this window
settings it originates from, not default settings.

At least on WinXX platform when New Navigator Window is generated it should fit
to screen not to go beyond it.

Ivo Särak.
This problem applies also to M11 Build ID: 1999111520 RH Linux 6.1.
It is the vertical handle that disappears; the pane itself never quite vanishes
(the info contained within it is still visible); and once at its smallest size,
you can resize it back to normal, and make the vertical handle reappear, but you
must go to the upper right of the panel to do so.
