1948844 - PWA PiP exits, breaks after opening main browser

Steps to reproduce:

• Have a PWA installed that features a full screen functionality (used here: France24)
• Enter full screen in the PWA
• Enter Picture-In-Picture (PiP), by going to the Android home screen
• Notice PiP functioning as expected (attachment 1 [details] [diff] [review])
• Open the main browser (has to be the same app, e.g. Nightly-Nightly)

Fenix Nightly 137.0a1 (Build #2016074330), hg-508a834f0ff7+
Samsung Android 14 OneUI 6.1

Actual results:

The PiP breaks; the PiP window stays the same, but the full screen mode exits and instead the page is rendered within the PiP window (attachment 2 [details] [diff] [review]). Tested against launching a different PWA during PiP instead of the main browser, there were no issues

I would like to mention that I am not submitting any patches, Bugzilla's behaviour of referencing patches is unknown to me
