We are currently showing a 1dp divider to separate the toolbar from the EngineView content.
This functionality should be kept in theFenix integration of the BrowserToolbar composable.

There is an important detail raised by Aarjav: the divider should only be shown while the page is not scrolling.
At the moment this is not easily possible, so I propose waiting on this detail until bug 1914119 is fixed.
