Details

While investigating 1939564, it was observed that SessionNotificationService implementation diverged from the AbstractPrivateNotificationServicein AC and it lacks improvements that have been added over the time.

We should switch from the custom PrivateNotificationFeature to the AC feature and extend the AbstractPrivateNotificationService in SessionNotificationService.
