Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Tab group.
2. Close all other tabs.
3. Collapse the Tab group.
4. Open a New Tab next to the already created new tab.
5. Expand the Tab group.
6. Close the free Tab in the middle created by the group.
7. Collapse the Tab group.

Expected result

• Tab group should collapse and expand without issues.

Actual result

• Tab group does not collapse. The Tab group label is displayed as collapsed while the Tab is still expanded.

Please note that its hard to reproduce this issue and you need to keep closing tabs and collapse the tab group, eventually the issue will trigger.

Also after a few seconds of idle the user is able to Collapse/Expand that group.
