Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox with a fresh profile.
2. Open a New Tab.
3. Create a Tab group with the second tab.

Expected result

• The "Find your open groups on the tab bar or by searching for them in the address bar." callout should be displayed with no extra artifacts.

Actual result

• The "Find your open groups on the tab bar or by searching for them in the address bar." callout is displayed with an extra white line at the bottom.
  Please note that this issue does not happen 100% of the time.
  This Issue only occurs on Ubuntu 24.04.

Looks similar to bug 1946781 - this may be a more general feature callout rendering bug on Linux.
