194900 - Personal Toolbar text overflows into 1px white line

If you have a full personal toolbar, text will overflow into a white element on
the side of the screen. It looks like a 1px white line at the side. Screen
capture inbound.

The Bookmarks component seems to imply this bug belongs here, but so does
Themes. I will let someone else decide where it should go ;)

Which themes does this occur with?

WFM 20030210 on WinXP.

Sorry bout that. This was tested with builds up to yesterdays, IIRC. This was
seen on the _right_ side of the toolbar where text would overflow, not left, so
no dupe -- I am CC'ed right above marlon bishop on that bug =)

This was seen on classic.

Speaking of marlon, CC'ing that purveyor of fine UI. You do UI, who gets this,
do you know?
(marlon is the only UI guy I know, does it show =)

This seems to be bug 122208 (the screenshot is a bit too small to tell it for
sure...). And that one was kind of fixed today.
