Steps to reproduce:

1. Have Google Accessibility Scanner installed.
2. Have the Terms of Services feature activated.
3. Open the application.
4. Use the Accessibility Scanner and scan the ToS onboarding card.

Actual results

Two suggestions are made:

1. Consider the “By continuing, you agree to the Firefox Terms of Use“ touch target element to have a height of 48dp or larger instead of 30dp.
2. Consider the “Firefox cares about your privacy. Learn more in our Privacy Notice“ touch target element to have a height of 48dp or larger instead of 38dp.

No suggestions are made.

There are no suggestion from the Accessibility Scanner for the ToS onboarding card.
