Details
Near the top right of the page is a mini screen shot gif, jcc.small.screen.gif.
As you move the mouse up and down over the image, the cursor changes from the
pointing finger to the arrow and back several times. It seems that any time
there is text to the left of the image, the cursor changes to the arrow. This
works ok in Communicator 4.7.

Latest Win32 build 1999111909 still fails for me. Move the mouse vertically
over the mini screen shot gif, and the cursor will change several times between
the pointing finger and the arrow.
I don't think this is a layout issue. Maybe it's an event issue, or maybe it's
Linux specific. Starting with views first

Reported bug not seen with 1999-11-25-09-M12 nightly binary on WinNT 4.0.
