Near the top right of the page is a mini screen shot gif, jcc.small.screen.gif. As you move the mouse up and down over the image, the cursor changes from the pointing finger to the arrow and back several times. It seems that any time there is text to the left of the image, the cursor changes to the arrow. This works ok in Communicator 4.7.

Works fine for me with latest build on Windows
Status: RESOLVED → REOPENED
Latest Win32 build 1999111909 still fails for me. Move the mouse vertically over the mini screen shot gif, and the cursor will change several times between the pointing finger and the arrow.

I don't think this is a layout issue. Maybe it's an event issue, or maybe it's Linux specific. Starting with views first

Okay, should be fixed now.
Reported bug not seen with 1999-11-25-09-M12 nightly binary on WinNT 4.0.
I no longer see the problem under Linux. Seems well and truly fixed.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
