Verified as implemented on the latest Fenix Nightly 138.0a1 from 3/13 with the following devices:
- Google Pixel 6 (Android 15),
- HTC 10 (Android 8), and
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra (Android 14).
Filed Bug1953802 for the incorrect display of the grouped downloads chronologically.
