Add the 3 dot icon, replacing the existing delete icon in each DownloadItem. The 3 dot icon opens the contextual menu that contains the delete action.
The menu will contain share, rename and other options in the future, as part of different bugs.

Verified as fixed on the latest Nightly build (138.0a1 from 2025-03-07)
The Trash icon from the right of a downloaded file is replaced with a three-dot menu that contains the Remove button.
Device used: Google Pixel 9 Pro XL (Android 15).
Marking the ticket as verified.
