Open several tabs and create a tab group
Expected behavior [What should have happened?]:
Tab groups and tabs should be equally spaced
Actual behavior [What actually happened?]:
There's more space above and below a tab group than there is compared to vertical tabs. It should match the spacing of vertical tabs
