(Shift+)RMB on a tab/window preview of an open FF window in windows taskbar is not opening the context menu any longer (win 10x64enterprise fully updated, FF 135.0.1 (64-Bit))

Steps to reproduce:
open FF
mouseover the icon in the taskbar
move the cursor over the previewed window and open the context menu (RMB or shift+RMB i dont remember rn >_<)
Actual results:
nuthin
Expected results:
*rightclick on the preview tab -> should open a context menu (resize/move ... etc)

I was able to reproduce this issue on Win11x64 using Firefox build 137.0a1.
Using mozregression I was able to get this:
