STR (in Nightly 137.0a1 (2025-02-24)) from a new profile:

• Set sidebar.verticalTabs to true
• Create 3 tabs
• Pin the first two
• Drag the right hand one to the left slightly and let go.

What happens:

• The tab drops down below the pinned area.

What should happen

• The pinned tab should stay within the pinned tabs area.
