Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.cpeos.org.cn/
- Observe the page.
Expected Behavior:
The page loads.
Actual Behavior:
The page does not load "Secure Connection Failed".
Notes:
- Reproducible on the latest Firefox Release and Nightly
- Reproducible regardless of the ETP setting
- Works as expected using Chrome
