Entering an empty URL "://" and hitting Enter makes browser to use all of the
available CPU time.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. clear a URL bar
2. enter "://"
3. hit "Enter"
Actual Results:
Mozilla Browser used all of the available CPU time
Expected Results:
Throw a window saying "No URL entered" or don't make any actions at all
