Firefox version: 135/137
Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/?nc2=h_mobile
- Observe the page.
Expected Behavior:
The page is displayed correctly.
Actual Behavior:
The page has a different design/layout.
Notes:
- Screenshot attached
- Reproducible only with Strict ETP on both Normal and PBM (not reproducible with Standard ETP/OFF)
- Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
- Not reproducible on Chrome
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Seems to be caused by *.omtrdc.net being blocked. It seems like many of the images used on the site are hosted on this domain.
