STR:

1. Open https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/locales/en-US/toolkit/about/aboutAddons.ftl#256
2. Right click any key (such as addon-install-from-file)
3. Have an item "search l10n key addon-install-from-file" or something like that.

I believe most of the blocks are present, only there needs to recognize an l10n key from the ftl file.
