Which graphic card Do you use ?
Do you get a Talkback ID or is talkback not started after this crash ?

If you use nvidia and talkback doesn't start : 
Can you please upgrade to the latest stable driver ?

my graphic card is: ASUS V7100 pro with NVIDIA GeForce2 MX-400.

Talkback did not start after crash.
