I tried to reproduce the bug using Mozilla 1.4b (Gecko build: 20030416) on the
Microsoft Windows XP (NT Version: 5.1, build no.: 2600) (service pack 1)
platform using test batches but the bug was not apparant the behaviour was of
expected. The steps used in the attempt to recreate the bug was:
1) Load of image
2) Right click
3) Select "Set as wallpaper"
The bug could not be reproduced. The problem you had my experienced is that you
are enlarging a smaller size image to your screen size, as with enlarging an
image by far, it would become pixelated. (e.g. enlarging a 800 * 600 sized image
onto a 1152 * 864 screen).
