195162 - crash if Escape is presses while dragging an item to a tree so it scrolls

While moving a bookmark by dragging in the Bookmarks UI, if escape is pressed to
cancel the move, 2 things happen :
1. The scrolling doesn't stop
2. When closing Mozilla, it shows an error message

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Bookmarks Window
2. Select a bookmark and drag to bottom (cursor over Bookmars Window status).
This starts the scrolling of the scroll bar.
3. Press keyboard escape key.

Actual Results:  
1. The scrolling in the scroll bar does not stop.
2. Closing the application throws an error window

Expected Results:  
The moving of the bookmark should be cancelled.

Jayant, could you please try again with a newer build of Mozilla?
Could you provide a screenshot of the error you see when exiting?
Is talkback enabled?  If so, please provide the talkback id.


No crash for me using 1.3b, but the scrolling doesn't stop.

This bug is seen even in the Modern theme as well as the Classic theme.

While closing the 'Manage Bookmarks' window :

With 1.2.1, the 'Application Error' dialog pops-up and the process is terminated.

With 1.3b, the application error dialog does not pop-up, but viewing the process
(using Windows Task Manager on Windows 2000), the process does not terminate
although Mozilla has been exited.
