To improve a-s -> iOS development and reduce maintenance overhead, application-services should migrate Swift files out of its codebase and into the consumer projects. This change would minimize the number of Swift-specific tools we need to support, improve workflows for integrating application-services code in iOS repositories, and ensure a smoother transition to the monorepo. Additionally, it would help clarify how these files are maintained and ported to firefox-ios.
