Environment:
Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Firefox 135.0

Steps to reproduce:
Basemaps will not load when using Firefox on our VMs when NVads is deployed to the West US 2 region using Microsoft Azure. To reproduce, access the following link from an NVads instance running in the West US 2 region to see the map does not load:
https://www.arcgis.com/apps/mapviewer/index.html

This doesn’t occur when using Edge, and it also doesn’t occur in other regions when using Firefox (South Central US and East US). This seems to be specific to the Standard_NV6ads_A10_v5 SKU deployed in West US 2 and using Firefox.

I contacted Microsoft Support and they have stated this is out of their scope, and to contact the vendor.

Actual Behavior:
Page not loading correctly

Notes:

  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
  • Does not reproduce in chrome

QA does not have the proper set-up to test this, but it might be something worth investigating if the proper set-up is available
