Steps to reproduce:
From YouTube Music, used the new picture in picture feature.
Actual results:
A sliver of a window opens, just enough to see the X to close it and the return to tab. Cannot resize. Just updated today. Also, if you return to tab, the option to use pip goes away until the window is refreshed. Unusable.
Expected results:
A new video window that I can resize and actually plays a video should have been generated.
Seems to only happen for songs without video playback. Still a very confusing user experience. No error message and window not resizable unless there is a video.
