In bug 1933222, we discovered that, under certain specific circumstances, when creating a second profile for the first time, the original profile's dock icon is badged, but the Firefox icon itself disappears.

The fix in that bug is a classic unsavory frontend hack--redraw the icon a second later, leaving time for the dock animation to complete for the newly launched second profile's Firefox instance.

This bug is represents the distant, glorious future in which we investigate and uncover the macOS bug actually causing the problem, and can delete the hacky solution from bug 1933222.
