Steps to reproduce

1. Have a Few Tab groups expanded.
2. Grab and hold a Tab group from the right side of the strip and move it between tabs

Expected result

• The Tab group label should remain underneath the mouse cursor when dragged and moved

Actual result

• Tab groups will collapse and move to the left side of the strip while the mouse cursor is on the right side of the strip

Regression range
Not a regression.
