While working offline, new composition emails are initialized incorrectly where
one cannot type in the message area. This only occurs when working offline AND
using the File->New->Message menu from an existing message composition window.
The problem with the new window will still exist if you switch back to working
online while it is open.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click graphic in bottom-right area to switch to working offline
2. open composition window
3. File->New->Message (menu)
4. try typing in message text area of new composition window

Actual Results:
The text area in the message composition window either did not exist or did not
function properly.

Expected Results:
Allowed me to write a message.
