every time -- tried online and off line

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on the radio button on Master Password for time change ( or )
2.click in the time box
3.

Actual Results:  
crashed--mozilla generated errors

Expected Results:  
allow me to change the time interval for checking for the master password.

w2k 256k of ram
also have moz-1.2 and moz-1.3a and NS-7.0 Opera-7.01 and IE which I never
use__my ISP requires I have it on my machine.
TalkBack will not connect. It says to check my proxy--I do not have a proxy, I
have the "direct connection to internet" checked

Works for me with current build on Win2k.

Nolan, do you still see this? If so, can you reproduce with a current build and
a new profile?
