Steps to reproduce the problem:

NOTE: Turn on Windows HCM Night Sky

1. Click the 'Add signature' button under the URL bar.
2. A doorhanger will appear- observe the colors of the 'Add new signature' button in the doorhanger

Expected/Actual:
The button does not follow HCM styles. Please refer to the High Contrast Mode file in Figma

Default style:
ButtonFace background
ButtonText text and border

Hover style:
SelectedItemText background
SelectedItem text and border

Active style:
SelectedItemText background
SelectedItem text
ButtonText border

Focus style:
ButtonFace background
ButtonText text and border
CanvasText focus outline
