Steps to reproduce:
Firefox settings : use primary pasword
Automatic migration to 136 (no change in settings)
Starting Firefox
Actual results:
Firefox ask for primary password.
If request is canceled, ask a second time
Note this happens on 2 computers.
Expected results:
Primary pasword asked only on first access to a password protected website as in previous version
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
