Fenix doesn't need to remove `m.` in the domain when switch to desktop site

Steps to reproduce:

Some websites, such as https://m.toutiao.com/video/7452732651653415478, https://m.bilibili.com/space/501194140, switch to desktop website

Actual results:

Fenix couldn't redirect to desktop site properly.

Expected results:

Instead, it works well when open it on desktop firefox and enable "desktop site" on Edge for Android. I think Fenix doesn't need to remove m. in the domain.

I think bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1807149 could be closed, because "automatically remove 'm.' portaint of the link" will causing this bug.
