Recently, I have noticed the Profiles menu. On all of my machines, sometimes when I open it, instead of the first item displaying "New profile", it is shortened to "N...le" as shown above.
This happens very intermittently. I haven't been able to identify a correlation to some other action. However, it is the only menu in Firefox that exhibits this issue.

Probably a regression from bug 1927552.
Jared, can you move this bug into the right component? I can't find a component for the Profiles support.
I think it's likely that, while native macOS menus support modifications while they're open, they don't really support width adjustments. So we probably can't do much from the widget side here.

Thanks for filing this bug.
This looks like a duplicate of bug 1938079, which I will reopen and ask QA to test manually again.
Sam, if you have any suggestions on steps to reproduce this more consistently, please add them to bug 1938079.
