In the lower right part of the bordered table in the middle of the page there
are the lower borders missing of the three rightmost cells of the middle row.
The stylesheet prescribes border-collapse (seems to be okay) and display emtpy
cell (borders), but those few are missing though. Also contained/linked to is a
screenshot of Opera 7 preview for GNU/Linux, displaying it absolutely flawless
--- it seems they have overtaken your Gecko-Engine?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. just load the URL and scroll down
2. scrolling up and down again
3. some minor inconsistencies are visible too then, but the mentioned borderline
is never shown though.
Actual Results:  
As mentioned, three lower cell borders are missing from the table.

Expected Results:  
Drawn borders around ALL cells defined in the table, not displaying spurious
pixels at border-ends after scrolling up and down.

I tested also with Mozilla 1.3 beta on Mac OS X (no special add-ons like
MultiZilla in the GNU/Linux version 1.2.1) and saw exactly the same kind of
behaviour.

For me, the topmost line in the testcase is not refreshed after being covered
with a tooltip (from the tab caption).

Hello,

When I load attachment 123341 [details] in Firefox 52.5.0 ESR, I see thin borders surrounding all 3 empty cells. Is the bug still occuring? Has the bug been fixed?

When I load attachment 123341 [details] in Firefox 60.0a1 buildID=20180213100127 ,I get expected results. Since we don't know which patch fixed that bug report, I am resolving it as WORKSFORME.
