1952996 - Add active experiments, active addons, and a pref to the broken site reports

We would like to add the pref layout.css.h1-in-section-ua-styles.enabled to our broken site reports, as well as to see if users are enrolled in the related experiment (which will be happening soon). In fact it would be useful to know which experiments a user is generally enrolled in for our site reports, as well as which addons they have active, as many of them alter pages in subtle ways, so let's add those two branches to the reports, along with the pref. This bug will add those bits of info to the reports.
