Steps to reproduce:
- Install Windows N
- Use Chrome for years being able to play videos just fine
- Decide to give Firefox a try
Actual results:
Firefox isn't able to play videos on popular sites.
Firefox must be broken.
The user gets frustrated and uninstalls Firefox, but not before trying a bunch of irrelevant troubleshooting steps.
Expected results:
Firefox should prompt to download and install the Media Feature Pack for Windows N when it is missing from your system.
Most users aren't able to get to the right support forums and articles.
