Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:136.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/136.0
Steps to reproduce:
As writing this, I realise, this may be by design (see the expected result)
I go to the settings page, open advanced fonts settings, and for Latin, I set a new font for both Serif and Sans-serif.
I uncheck "Allow web pages ..." (p.s. you can't select and copy that text)
Actual results:
Browsing web pages respect the new font.
Firefox settings page is unaffected
Expected results:
Firefox settings page should have used the new font.
Maybe by design?
I can see a potential problem in case the user has selected an unreadable font, making it near impossible to get back to a usable state.
An that case an alternate solution: If it is by design because of that case, a solution could be a menu item to reset fonts (if the different supported OS platforms and window managers make this a viable option)

Btw, I did quit and restart FF just to be sure it wasn't state that just something staying memory, but open windows were affected immediately.

p.s., I only do this temporarily for testing purposes. It would have been nice with a "reset default fonts" button.
