Tooltips disrupted by link clicks - After I click a link in an email to open a link in a browser in the background, tooltips don't appear until switch to the browser and then switch back.

Steps to reproduce:

After I click a link in an email to open a link in a browser in the background, tooltips don't appear until switch to the browser and then switch back.

Expected results:

Tooltips should always appear when I hover over an email subject.
