Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable the Vertical Sidebar and Tabs.
  2. Add Review Checker and Bookmarks to the sidebar panel.
  3. Trigger the Review Checker callouts
  4. Maximize the Screen.

Expected result

  • Each RC callouts should show the arrow to where the RC can be reopened from.

Actual result

  • When the Screen is maximized the Callouts are simply displayed next to the RC buttons
    Please note that all callouts have this issue.
