Found in
- 138.0a1 (2025-03-13)
Affected versions
- 138.0a1
Preconditions
- Have the pref ‘browser.contextual-password-manager.enabled’ set to true
- Have the Passwords sidebar opened
- Have some saved logins
- Have the VoiceOver enabled
Tested platforms
- Affected platforms: macOS 13
Steps to reproduce
- Press the "Tab" key until the Passwords list gains focus
- Press the down arrow key and observe the behavior
- Repeat step 2 two more times
Expected result
- The focus should move to the Website/Username/Password field with VoiceOver correctly announcing each focused field
Actual result
- The focus ring moves to the Website/Username/Password field, but VoiceOver does not announce anything
- When the "Show password" button is reached, VoiceOver announces it and navigation works correctly moving forward/backward
- If pressing the "control"+"option"+"shift"+down arrow when the Passwords list gains focus, as instructed by the VoiceOver, the Close button gains focus. After that, when reaching the Passwords list again and using the down arrow, the navigation works correctly
Regression range
- Not a regression, as this is a new feature
