two cli parameters are not going to work on day 1 at lambdatest:
--power-test
- we don't have power meters there and will not for at least a month; this will need to be tested. Goal is to have power meters by end of Q2 running in production on all a55 phones.--conditioned-profile
- this bootstrap of the profile seems to fail on every other pageload test (it doesn't matter what runs between or if the tasks are adjacent to each other). this seems to be phone specific, so eventually it would be nice to figure this out. The tests run reliably without this.
