Steps to reproduce:
I could forwrtd the email for your inspection. Or you could ask me which Release of Thunderbird is installed (i am current).
Actual results:
I am using my PC with thunderbird loaded. I selected the Thunrbird lgo and opeone an Inbox email. It presnent to me a program-level gibberish.
Expected results:
Clear normal display of email text

Sure, forward me the email at mkmelin at thunderbird.net. Mention the bug number in subject.
But even better attach it here, using the Attach New File button above.
What type of account is it?
Geoff - Try:
Right click on Inbox folder and select 'Properties'
Click on 'Repair Folder'
Click on OK
did it fix issue?
Just wondering if the email content looks more like you would be creating a new email rather than a received email.
