Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:138.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/138.0
Steps to reproduce:
It happens with random things like, dragging and dropping tabs for a new window, simply opening and closing the sidebar, or a simple restart.
Also, I have noticed this on the Main Release (136), Betas (137b), and Nightly builds (138a).
Actual results:
Sometimes or often the sidebar will just randomly disappear. In the about:config, this value keeps reverting: sidebar.visibility from always-show -->hidden
Expected results:
The sidebar should not be disappearing nor should the value keep being reverted. In addition there is also another bug I have noticed that sometimes if you dont have the Sidebars slotted on the address bar it will sometimes get similar symptoms as above. But instead of the sidebar disappearing the button will be automatically slotted to the address and once you remove it the sidebar also goes with it.
A little follow up, this bug seems to be consistent when closing the browser down fully reopening and then clicking on any button on the sidebar. The result be a disappearing sidebar.

I have further concluded this issue is specific to the Nightly Branch starting with 138.
