Prerequisites
- Set the pref "browser.contextual-password-manager.enabled" to true in about:config
- Have the sidebar enabled

Steps to reproduce
- Trigger a notification or warning in Passwords sidebar
- Listen to the screen reader announcement

I am also able to reproduce this issue for "Remove password?" prompt, using Firefox 138.0b7 on Ubuntu 22.04. The panel is not read when displayed (after pressing the trash can icon).
