I opened a large number of tabs, and after closing several of them (using
Ctrl+W, *not* with the mouse), the "Close tab" button does not redraw.  See the
attached image.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open large amount of tabs (enough so that a tab appears "underneath" the
"Close tab" button).
2. Close some tabs using the keyboard (Ctrl+W).
3. The "Close tab" button still has part of a tab on it, even when there is no
tab really there (mousing over it will remove the "extra" tab).

Ignore the first attachment, for some reason Windows 2000 "pbrush.exe" stopped
being able to save in .JPG format so I tried posting as a .BMP (since .GIF
would lose color info).  Long story short, I downloaded IrfanView and used that
instead.

Ken, are you also seeing this with classic theme?

I just switched to the classic theme and could not reproduce the problem, so it
appears to only be the case with the modern theme.

I haven't seen this is the past couple of days.  (Currently using a 4/12 build.)

Ken: If you download the most recent nightly, do you still see it?

Nevermind.  It just happened to me again today.  I suppose it's a good thing
that it's happening less often (rather than all the time) but it's annoying for
the purpose of troubleshooting.
