Steps to reproduce:
- Open browser settings and set address bar to be positioned on the bottom of the browser (this is important)
- Open google and search for stackoverflow (website doesn't matter here)
- Hold finger on stackoverflow search result and open it in background
- Click toast notification to switch to new tab with stackoverflow open
- Scroll to the bottom of website and observe that overscroll effect is not displayed
- Switch back to tab 1 (with google)
- Observe that overscroll effect is displayed on google tab
- Switch back to tab 2 (with stackoverflow)
- Scroll to bottom and observe that overscroll effect is now displayed on tab 2 as well
Actual results:
In step 5 overscroll effect is not displayed. This only happens when address bar's position is set to bottom.
Expected results:
Overscroll effect should be displayed on step 5.
