Same thing in the Preferences. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Edit the categories.properties situated in chrome/calendar/locale. 2. Translate some categories. 3. Save the file and restart Mozilla & Calendar. Actual Results: The translation of these categories isn't visible in the Calendar. Expected Results: Mozilla Calendar should show the good translation instead of british categories.
You should edit the categories from the preferences section. Once the prefs have been made, the categories.properties file is not read.
