Starting in version 138, Focus and Klar will use the same PN URL: https://www.mozilla.org/privacy/firefox-focus/. Previously, Klar had a separate PN URL: https://www.mozilla.org/de/privacy/firefox-klar/.
No need to uplift to 137 because Focus's ToU onboarding will first ship in 138.

Starting in version 138, Focus and Klar will use the same PN URL: https://www.mozilla.org/privacy/firefox-focus/. Previously, Klar had a separate PN URL: https://www.mozilla.org/de/privacy/firefox-klar/.
Also change the non-English test locale from Korean to German to verify that Focus and Klar use the same ToU and PN URLs ("firefox-focus") regardless of locale.
