1954441 - Tags are not updated for the Tags folder mode when the "Tags" section is hidden

Steps to reproduce:

Here are the two behaviors which produce different results. One is labeled with numbers (the problematic one), the other one with alphabetical labels.

1. Open Thunderbird with the default "Folder" pane configuration active (on my machine, "All folders").
2. Change a tag's label within the Settings menu (Settings menu > General > Tags > pick one and click "Edit").
3. Close the Settings menu.
4. Enable the "Tags" section in the "Folder" left-most pane within the main window (Three dots > Folder Modes > Tags).
5. When right-clicking on an email, and hovering on "Tag...", the tag labels are up-to-date with the latest tag name edit(s). But the Tags section in the "Folder" pane is not.

a. Enable the "Tags" section in the "Folder" left-most pane within the main window (Three dots > Folder Modes > Tags).
b. Change a tag name from the settings menu (Settings menu > General > Tags > pick one and click "Edit").
c. Close the settings menu.
d. Now all tags' names are "in sync": the folder pane and the right-click on emails are similar.

Actual results:

The tag names are not updated when the Tags section in the Folder pane is active. This is consistent across restarts of the Thunderbird program.

Expected results:

The tags' names should be updated regardless of the folder pane configuration !
