Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Hamburger Menu, click on Profiles and then on New Profile.
2. On the about:newprofile page, click outside the Profile name field.
3. Ope a new tan and navigate to about:preferences#privacy.
4. In the History section select Nightly will "Never remember history".
5. In the newly opened dialog, click on "Restart Nightly now" button.

Expected result

• Nightly should prevent the restart and should display the "Leave without naming this profile" dialog, with the proper warning and buttons.

Actual result

• The "Leave without naming this profile" dialog is displayed incomplete, with no text warning warning about the assigned sequential profile name and without the "Cancel" and "Leave" buttons.

Regression range

• This is not a regression; it's introduced with the Profile Switching feature.

Additional notes

• If the Nightly Restart is asked when entering Troubleshooting Mode... from about:support, then the "Leave without naming this profile" dialog is properly displayed.
