https://github.com/w3c/webextensions/pull/760 added the install and uninstall features for WebExtensions to WebDriver classic.

This bug will be used to update geckodriver for the new end-points and forwarding it to Marionette where we already have the Marionette end-points for Addon:Install and Addon:Uninstall.
